The Book: 40 years of the Sisters of Mary

December, 2008. We all went for vacation to the Philippines and we stayed at the Sisters of Mary School for two weeks till we came back home. Before that I bought some books from the school like "Killing Me Softly" by our very own Fr. Al, my batch 1992 year book, and lastly the 40 years of the Sisters of Mary in pictures.

I wanted to share my experience about the book, 40 years of the Sisters of Mary in pictures. Each time I look at the pictures of the Sisters of Mary and Fr. Al last day on earth, I can't control my tears, even just imagining the works of Fr. Al to the poorest of the poor, and even just writing this blog. I feel something inside of me longing to be with Fr. Al again just like before and be with the sisters inside the school. I am so grateful that each time I remember the Sisters of Mary, I am looking at myself now and my journey of life, it's all because of Fr. Al.

One day, my son asked me about Fr. Al after seeing the pictures from the book. He said, somewhat like this. Why Fr. Al was sleeping? What is he doing on that literally coffin (but he mentioned different word)? How did they took the pictures of Fr. Al from heaven (since I told him Fr. Al was already in heaven)? I just couldn't tell him directly that Fr. Al passed away a long time ago and that he is no longer with us but somehow, little by little I tried to explain to my son the understanding that a human being are not permament on earth and that everybody are just "passing by".

My Daily Exercise at Home - Zumba Fitness

I wrote a blog previously about my desperation to lose weight as I am really overweight. As of now, I think I am 165 lbs. and my goal to lose weight should reach 125 lbs. or closer. Last Christmas, I gave a gift to my son -- a Wii Console, since he had been waiting for us to give him a Wii on his 6th birthday last year , but I felt that he is still young to play video games, so, I didn't grant his wish, only last Christmas that I decided to buy a Wii because he is really begging for it. First time I ever seen a video games also...Yes, its my first time...so don't laugh at me. Hahaha, I am very traditional mom. Never seen a video games before. But anyway, my son started playing Wii almost everyday...huh! Children sometimes uncontrollable when they are playing games. :) Anyway, while watching my son playing Wii Sports and Wii Resort, I am too getting excited and later on,...

Finally back to blogging...My First IPAD

Wh ile talking to my friend in Japan using Viber, here I am blogging my first ac quired ipad 3 - 64GB. A reasonable price from Wal mart worth $599. 00 with free $ 30.00 o f iTunes. A gift that I gave to my son on Christmas day 2012. At first I was thinking whether I have to give him Nook because he likes to read books, but then I really want to have an IPad. Although more expensive than Nook, I finally decided to buy from Walmart instead of buying from Apple store that is worth more than $700.00. I think I made the right decision.

You're studying hard my son.

Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you my dear son, thanks for studying hard. As I told you many times, you are working hard like your mommy to get a good grade in the school. You deserve your award, our effort was been paid of, studying and making sure you've done all your homework even you seems to be tired. You always get up early just like mom and dad, though I always told you, you have a little body that need more rest than us. We have talked to your teacher today, and she mentioned you did an excellent job in the school, including teaching your classmate on their own activities. Also, thanks for behaving well inside the classroom, and I hope you are also the same inside the house and in a public as well. Remember your dad advised about success and failure , d o not forget to give glory to Jesus and thank Him for all the graces He is giving to you, to us. Congratulation!
